Within 30 days of purchase, you can easily create a return label using the button below. Then, simply drop off the package at any DHL branch or DHL Packstation – and that’s it!

After your return has been received, the refund of the purchase amount can take up to 7 days. Once the return has been processed, the refund will be issued automatically via the original payment method.
